Dubai offers a wide range of accommodation options to suit every budget and preference, from luxurious five-star hotels to comfortable serviced apartments. Because the RIT Dubai campus is located in Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), we highly recommend booking accommodations either directly within DSO for proximity, or along the Metro Red Line for easy commuting.
Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO) / Digital Park: The most convenient option. Walking distance or a 5-minute taxi ride to the RIT campus. Offers modern business hotels (e.g., Radisson RED, Premier Inn).
Downtown Dubai / Sheikh Zayed Road: Offers upscale hotels and proximity to major attractions like the Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall. It is connected by the Metro (Red Line), from which you can take a taxi or bus to campus (approx. 25 minutes away).

Some areas to consider for your stay include:
Business Bay: A bustling business hub with modern hotels, easily accessible via the Metro (Red Line).
Dubai Marina / Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT): Popular for leisure, featuring a wide selection of hotels with direct access to the Metro and Tram. Note that this area is further from RIT Dubai (approx. 35–45 minutes by taxi).
⚠️ Note: We encourage attendees to book their accommodation early, given Dubai’s popularity as a global travel and business destination.

How to Reach the Conference Venue (RIT Dubai)
RIT Dubai is located in Dubai Silicon Oasis and is accessible via a mix of metro, bus, and taxi options.

By Taxi / Ride-Hailing Apps Taxis are the most seamless way to reach the campus directly.
You can easily hail a standard Dubai Taxi on the street.
Ride-hailing apps like Careem (local) and Uber operate extensively.
Tip: You can also use Careem to pre-book Hala Taxis (the city’s standard, budget-friendly public taxis).
